All guests must register the attendance at Reception ( State Fire Legislation )
Guests are responsible for ALL fees and charges incurred in relation to the accommodation, including extra cleaning, damage, and breakages, this includes all common areas.
Guests agree that all costs for the above can be charged against the Credit Card supplied at time of booking.
Lost or missed-placed keys will incur a replacement charge of $120- per key set.
Guests agree to keep noise to a minimum and respect others in the building. Should noise become excessive and complaints from other residents are lodged, you will be asked to vacate the building.
A NO Party and NO Pet policy applies to all reservations / bookings and apartments.
Children 12 and under MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT at ALL TIMES when on LEVEL 12 and in the GYM.
Guests / visitors use the facilities of the complex at their own risk.
Neither the Owner, Manager and/or Body Corporate are responsible for the loss or damage to your personal belongings or items left in the apartment or on any part of the common property.
Management has access to all apartments in the case of maintenance or an emergency.
