Terms and Conditions
An initial deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation is required at time of booking to confirm your booking.
If you have taken advantage of our ‘Non-Refundable’ option when booking, the entire cost of the booking will be taken to confirm your booking.
The balance of your accommodation is due on arrival & can be paid by Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa) or you can pay your accommodation off via Direct Deposit prior to arrival.
If you would like to pay your holiday off, please send us an email requesting our Account details.
A security deposit $250 is required upon check-in by way of a Valid credit card number.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept AMEX or DINERS Cards.
Should you be arriving late (outside our office hours), the remaining balance for your accommodation will be charged to the Credit Card supplied at time of booking if an alternative payment method has not been arranged prior to leaving keys in our After Hours Safe.
If, for any reason your credit card declines for your accommodation, KEYS WILL NOT BE LEFT IN THE SAFE.
Pumicestone Blue Resort has a NO PARTY, NO PET Policy
In the event of a request to cancel a booking and receive a REFUND – 7 Days notice is required in LOW SEASON and 14 Days In HIGH SEASON, Should your cancellation be due to COVID you can either move your booking or cancel and a full refund of the deposit will be given.
NO REFUND will be given should you wish to cancel a ‘Non-Refundable’ Booking.
In the event of a ‘NO SHOW’ the full cost of accommodation will be charged.
