Terms and Conditions

An initial deposit of $200 is required to confirm your booking.

If you have taken advantage of our ‘Non-Refundable’ option when booking, the entire cost of the booking will be taken to confirm your booking.

The balance of your accommodation is due on arrival & can be paid by Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa) or you can pay your accommodation off via Direct Deposit prior to arrival.

A security deposit is required upon check-in by way of a $250 credit card pre-authorisation.

PLEASE NOTE:  We do not accept AMEX or DINERS Cards.

Should you be arriving late (outside our office hours), the remaining balance for your accommodation will be charged to the Credit Card supplied at time of booking if an alternative payment method has not been arranged prior to leaving keys in our After Hours Safe.

If, for any reason your credit card declines for your accommodation or pre-authorisation,  KEYS WILL NOT BE LEFT IN THE SAFE.

Pumicestone Blue Resort has a NO PARTY, NO PET Policy

ID in the form of a Drivers Licence is required from the person whose name appears on the booking upon arrival.

In the event of a request to cancel a booking, a refund of the deposit less a $25 Admin Fee will only be made if more than 14 Days’ notice is given. If less than 14 Days, deposit WILL NOT be refunded.

NO REFUND will be given should you wish to cancel a ‘Non-Refundable’ Booking.

In the event of a ‘NO SHOW’ the full cost of accommodation will be charged.
