Terms and Conditions
An initial deposit equal to the FIRST NIGHT’s accommodation is required to confirm your booking.
If you have taken advantage of our Non-Refundable option when booking, the entire cost of the booking will be taken at time of booking.
The balance of your accommodation is due on arrival & can be paid via Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa) or Eftpos.
We DO NOT accept AMEX or DINERS Cards.
A security deposit is required upon check-in by way of valid credit card details.
Should you be a Late Arrival (arriving outside Office Hours), the remaining balance for your accommodation will be processed prior to arrival, using the credit card that was provided at time of booking if an alternative payment arrangement has not been made; prior to placing the keys in our after-hours safe.
If, for any reason your credit card declines, keys will not be left in the safe.
ID in the form of a Drivers Licence is required from the person whose name appears on the booking upon arrival.
In the event of the Guest wishing to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administrative fee of $55, will only be made if more than 30 days notice is given, if less than 30 Days, deposit will not be refunded.
No Refund will be given should you wish to cancel if you have taken advantage of our ‘NON-REFUNDABLE’ option.
In the event of a ‘NO SHOW’ the full cost of accommodation will be charged.
